Ryobitfewoolls provides Limited Warranties on our tools, which are applicable to the original buyer at the original delivery address. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not apply to any conditions resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse, or improper use
- Accidental damage or neglect
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Failure to follow product instructions or maintenance guidelines
A manufacturing defect is defined, for the purpose of this Limited Warranty, as a flaw in materials or workmanship that causes the tool to malfunction or fail to perform as intended under normal use.
If you experience an issue covered by this warranty, please contact us. We will require photographs and a description of the issue to properly evaluate the condition of the product. Based on our review, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or issue a refund for the defective product or part.
This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original delivery address. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
